I am passionate about helping you challenge patterns, themes, and core beliefs that are negatively impacting your lifestyle and relationships. To do this, I help you uncover the root of the issues you are experiencing to help you gain insight and awareness so you can move forward. I also enjoy working with couples to identify attachment wounds and different perspectives to enhance their emotional connection.

Never before have we faced such a difficult onslaught of problems affecting our work, school, social and even medical aspects of our lives. I have been a counselor since 1991 and am just as passionate about my work today as the day I started.
