I also have experience in working with clients that experienced Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Addiction, Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Self-Esteem issues, Schizophrenia, Attention Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anger issues, Grief, Hoarding, Non-Suicidal Self Injury or Cutting, and Adjustment/Stress disorders. I enjoy working with people to help them increase their quality of life.

As a LPC, I have been gifted to operate as a Counselor and I do not take my gift lightly. I also have extensive knowledge and understanding of the military community because my husband served 30 years in the military. I have been exposed to and lived through some of the unique problems military families and soldiers experience.

The only thing constant is change - without change there is no growth. Without growth our lives become stagnant and we do not realize our full potential or adapt to necessary changes or losses. Changes over the last few years have been very difficult. Although we all experience changes, we do not all adapt in the same way. Some see change as an opportunity for adventure. Some see change as a frightening challenge. And finally, others are totally incapacitated and freeze when presented with choices or opportunities to change or grow.
