I am a trauma focused licensed counselor supervisor and the founder of Trauma to Triumph Counseling & Consulting, PLLC. I have over 14 years of experience in the field of counseling and genuinely love the work. I truly believe counseling is a collaborative process, with the client and therapist working together.

My name is Belinda Luna, I am an LCSW. I believe in meeting patients where they are and encouraging them to take an active role in their treatment needs. I have seen some patients do well with short term therapy, while others may benefit from longer term weekly treatment. I have years of experience working with patients who have experiences trauma, depression and anxiety. I have vast experience working with Active Duty Service Members and Veterans, Women's Issues, and LGBTQ+ clients.

I am honored to be able to assist others with challenges throughout life and I have been counseling clients for over 15 years. I have worked with trauma, and criminal justice issues as well as using play therapy. I am trauma focused and I believe trauma colors our behaviors and our future self. I use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy to explore past trauma that is affecting your life.
