In my practice I enjoy working with adolescents and adults on a variety of different situations and challenges. I have a special interest in helping clients who are experiencing anxiety, excessive worry, OCD and phobias. Treatment areas include: Anxiety Disorders (Social anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety), Phobias, Depression, Parenting Support, Grief Counseling, Adjustments and transitions, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution. I have worked with children and adolescents, ages 5 to 19. Many of them struggled with issues related to trauma (parents with addiction, an incarcerated parent, neglect and abuse). I have worked with adults on developmental issues in schools and churches. I believe people of all ages possess the power to change, especially when they are supported in a safe environment.

I offer counseling to adults looking to find freedom from the binds of the harmful messages given by family, religion, and culture. By addressing these traumas and developing healthy boundaries, self-love and care, my clients find joy in living their most authentic selves.

I have a multispecialty practice. We provide evaluations, counseling, medication management, and applied behavioral analysis. My LPCs are highly skilled in multiple different areas and techniques. I and my LPAs I provide evaluations and counseling for children and adults, ages 2.5 to 75.
