I place a huge emphasis on listening to you while using a person-centered approach. I empower you to be able to identify what it is that is troubling you in a complex world of thoughts and emotions. We'll use a holistic model to integrate mind, body, and spirit. I encourage you to discover the skills or strategies that help you to be the best you can be. I help people learn to identify the root of their issue(s). This not only addresses the symptoms but improves healing at the core.

I believe in genuine collaboration and helping someone live and feel authentic in their life. I can work with individuals across the lifespan who are struggling to find themselves and feel lost in their life. I enjoy providing care for those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or unprocessed trauma. My focus in clients are teens, young adults, adults, and LGBTQ+. I am best suited to adults and teens who are struggling with stress, work and family issues, personal challenges and past trauma resolution. My approach to counseling includes creative methods to keep my clients engaged, goal setting and strength based techniques that empower the individual. Clients who really want to see results and are prepared to partner with their therapist will definitely see overall change as we work together to address their concerns.

I am a licensed counselor in TX with experience helping pre-teens, teens, and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse, depression, self-harm, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, ODD, and emotional and physical abuse.
