I specialize in working with females, 12 and older. I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, autism (social/life skills), betrayal trauma, divorce, grief/ loss, body image issues, resolving adolescent behavioral concerns, and building low self-esteem. I also enjoy counseling with parents as they navigate the challenging task of parenting through the teen years. I have experience working through faith transitions as well. I offer after-school and Saturday morning appointments to accommodate working women and student schedules.

In the transitions of life we often find ourselves needing a little extra help. I work with teens and adults; coming as individuals, families or couples, from 8 years old to 88 years old. Together we develop tools to help each client navigate life's challenges in the ares of loss, change, anxiety, depression and relationship boundary issues. I draw from research based solutions found through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and current work in neuroception.
