Heather focuses on increasing self-awareness as it relates to somatic issues and the brain. Sylvia Trevino is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2015. She obtained a Bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University in Family Studies and earned a Master's MA in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. Sylvia has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger issues, substance use issues, suicidal ideation, relationship problems, grief, PTSD, and trauma. In her free time, Sylvia enjoys going to the movies or watching movies at home, going for walks, spending time with grandkids, crafts, crocheting, and decorating.
