I am a Christian counselor who works with individuals, families and couples. I help people discover, understand and work toward lasting change while encouraging personal development, growth and accountability. I create a safe, supportive environment while challenging you to achieve your goals.

I strive to help clients find transformative growth through different therapy modalities including EMDR, sandtray, play and attachment therapy. In addition to being a licensed therapist , I am also a clinical supervisor in the states of California and Texas. I provide clients with real life tools and aid them in developing effective strategies to cope with life issues. I view therapy as a collaborative effort to understand problems and conflicts, identify realistic goals and take advantage of strengths and strategies that promote change. While the focus is often on current issues, understanding the influence of past experiences and relationships is an important part of the process. I was an Elementary School teacher for 15 years at multiple K - 12 Campuses, a K 12 School Counselor, and now a Nationally Certified LPC, and a school Psychologist intern.
