I am a graduate of the Texas A&M – Central Texas Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate with an eclectic background. Having experience serving in the miliary and working as a paramedic, I bring a varied and deep knowledge base relating to traumatic and other chronic disorders. I have worked in the managed care system with both acute and chronic illnesses and focuses on how overall wellness and physiological well-being play a role in how we feel mentally. I have experience working with clients of all ages and from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

I see clients in Alabama, Florida and Texas. It is my honor to walk alongside people who have committed to the change they want to experience in their lives. I have had the privilege of working with clients for over 15 years. To me, one of the most important aspects of therapy is the FIT between the client and therapist. I am passionate about creating a safe space for adult individuals and couples to explore life's challenges and their path towards intentional living and fulfilling relationships. My areas of interest and expertise include individual, pre-marital, couples, sexual health and dysfunction therapy, affair recovery, infertility, effective communication and conflict resolution, Spirituality-sensitive therapy, and relationship enrichment.
