When she looked back, she saw they didn't treat her with respect. Some of them were verbally abusive. Some of them were even physically abusive. They were completely erratic in their jobs. Drugs and alcohol were sometimes part of the problem, too. Jamie had decided it was time for change; for her own sake and for the sake of her young son.
