I was born and raised in Texas. I love the Texas Summer nights and Autumn days. I grew up in a blended family of my mother, grandparents, biological brother, and many foster brothers and sisters. What drew me to the counseling field was my passion to advocate for people who have experience trauma (relational, spiritual, physical, sexual, emotional, and more). It’s time to do the work! If you are ready to dig deep and work through, I'm here to assist. Being functional (going to work, doing your day to day habits, presenting as if everything is going well, etc) is not the same as genuinely being well. When you are at a place where everything seems fine on the outside, but you don't feel fine on the inside, it's time to figure out why. Together we can begin to better understand your thoughts and feelings, gaining clarity on what fuels your behavior and triggers certain habits. Change is possible and you are capable of achieving it.
