I help clients set personal goals for treatment. Every therapy session is interactive and engaged with the client to process personal growth. Client will achieve personal goals on their own time. I do apply evident-based and cognitive behavior to allow the client to process and provide self evaluation. Anger is much more preferable if a lot of your life you have felt powerless or helpless. As you might be figuring out, the power of intense, uncontrollable anger only leads to self-destruction and can deeply hurts others. Self-destruction can look a lot like being stuck, resistance to change even when miserable, using substances, or being undisciplined. It can feel lonely.

I continually work to create a supportive environment for children in order for the child to gain insight and understanding into their unique world. With insight the child and therapist can collaborate to reduce the child's current stressors possibly leading to problematic behaviors.
