Have you ever felt the urge to escape? To run away from the pressures of home, work, relationships, or even your own thoughts? ESCAPE represents that desire to break free from overwhelming situations. Like many, I’ve faced moments when I wanted to escape. But I discovered that real strength comes from learning how to stay, resist, and overcome. That’s why I created ESCAPE counseling—an inviting, supportive space where you can gain the tools to confront life’s challenges and find resilience.

My work with clients is determined by the problem brought to therapy, beginning where you find yourself – cognitively, emotionally, physically or spiritually. The outcome of your therapy depends greatly on your willingness to actively participate in the therapeutic process. My work with clients offers a moment to slow down and spend time looking at the story from a different perspective and to develop new accessible skills and choices. Whether you are interested in addressing particular events or wanting to continue ongoing healing work, I provide a safe and encouraging space.

Experiencing depression , anxiety and/or feelings of being overwhelmed by toxic relationships with ourselves, our partner, our family members and/or our coworkers, can make us think that there is no hope . Therapy is always a good way to start the process of creating fulfilling, peaceful and happy relationships.

It’s the middle of a normal day and suddenly your chest tightens, your heart is racing, your palms get clammy, and you can’t focus. You realize what’s happening but nothing you’ve tried so far seems to help. You fall further behind in your responsibilities, you stop socializing, and you start to have anxiety about the possibility of having anxiety. The more you try to avoid situations that cause this, the more overwhelmed you become. It starts to feel like no matter what you do it’s not enough and you’re never going to be able to relax.
