I am an English/Spanish counselor whose main goal is to help my clients find hope, resilience and solutions to their problems. My academic and life experiences have shown me that most challenges and frustrations have solutions. I help my clients understand that the solution is within him/her during those moments when they feel they're unable to endure life's challenges and problems. We uncover the "where, when, and how" and then we find the "why" (reasons) underlying the feelings of doom and frustration. This allows us to discover and implement workable solutions.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families, joining with them to process their thoughts and emotions, and create clear, achievable goals. Through therapeutic interventions, I seek to help clients fully reach those goals so they can experience the satisfaction of their accomplishments. I look to empower the individual in order to identify and engage his or her strengths to help create positive changes.
