Years ago, I use to think 'Counseling is for birds! I assumed, erroneously, only ‘truly disturbed' people needed a counselor. Boy was I wrong! When I went through a difficult time in my life, I realized I needed some guidance. I found a counselor who helped me discover answers I needed for my journey. I am currently accepting clients and providing counseling online and in person. I am a faith-based counselor devoted to the health and healing of the mind and spirit. I have numerous years of experience working with young adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and life transitions. I am willing to walk beside the client through difficult times in order to help them recognize their own importance and inner strength in order to gain empowerment and confidence in life.
