I am currently offering in-person and virtual appointments and have openings. I view therapy as a collaborative effort, and enjoy connecting with each of my clients. I work with adults and adolescents and have experience in eating disorders and body image, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, PTSD, parenting, divorce, SOGI, and working with creative and artistic people. Life can be a roller coaster journey at times. Outwardly you sound confident, but you second guess yourself constantly. You laugh, joke and play around others, but inside there is a void that nothing or no one can seem to fill. Our group of therapists treats all forms: individual, families, couples, etc. We enjoy working with couples (premarital couples, married couples, divorcing and divorced couples, co-parenting couples). Our client is the relationship and our goal is that you would experience new life in your relationship.

Everyone deserves to feel balanced and deserves to have a safe space to let go and share. Nobody should ever feel alone or always have to be “the strong one”. I use an eclectic model- combining pieces of CBT, SFBT, EMDR and Mindfulness-Based Practices and customize them to fit the person in front of me. I am listening, taking it all in, and deciding which pieces may be of most help to you and your life. I specialize in working with creatives and neurodivergent humans. I go above and beyond to provide the best care for my clients free of judgement. (Only scheduling EMDR intensives and Autism/ADHD Assessments, or group signups).

On-Line Sessions are offered to high profile clients, and people with busy schedules. We provide skills that enhance Cognitive Thinking. Dr. Robinson has over 26 years of successful evidence based classes. He has also authored book "The best Anger Journal'
