I enjoy working with clients who are feeling "stuck" in their current life and looking for support in moving forward. Feeling stuck might mean being especially anxious, depressed or not knowing how to start. I work closely with clients to determine what goals/outcomes we would like to see moving forward. Oftentimes, the process of defining those goals is therapeutic within itself. I want clients to walk away from therapy feeling like they have tools they can use in any situation.

Many people today, from children to adults, experience adversity in various areas of their lives that can have negative effects on their ability to be successful. Sometimes you may find it difficult to understand how to cope and respond in an appropriate way. Some coping mechanisms may look like defiance, behavior issues, depression, or anxiety. It is my goal to help you understand these adversities, your response to them, and how they affect you.
