Having worked in both the public school setting and private practice for over 22 years, I possess expertise in helping children of all ages and their families navigate difficult life events/periods of their lives. I use Child-Centered Play Therapy for Children ages 3 to 9, Sandtray, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for adolescents and teens, and SFBT & Sandtray with adults & couples. Frank Ogbanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in helping professions for over 30 years. Frank has treated adolescents, young adults, and adults in various settings including homes, prisons, outpatient programs, and in schools. He treats concerns like anxiety, depression, bipolar, interpersonal issues, trauma, relationship issues, communication in couples, low self-esteem, life transitional issues, grief & loss, sex offenses, and suicidal ideation/self-harm. His compassionate, goal-oriented approach shows his clients his positive regard, person-centered philosophy, and collaborative style from the initial session.

Art therapy goes beyond traditional talk therapy. It is a non-invasive form of healing that facilitates communication from our unconscious.

Tammy wholeheartedly believes in the process of authentic connection. With a multicultural background, she recognizes each person is uniquely multifaceted. Her approach to therapy is to meet you wherever you’re at in life, get curious about you, and then serve as YOUR team to journey alongside you. The goal is to provide a safe empathetic space where you are respected and honored, so internal self-explorations begin, and to foster creative evolutions towards intentionality, self-discovery, self-empowerment, and healing. Debbie de la Riva is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Prior to providing therapy, Debbie served in various non-profit organizations designed to help individuals overcome adversity through education, support, and identifying resources. Debbie is passionate about helping people discover the underlying issues keeping them feeling stuck and finding ways for people to reclaim their peace and happiness. She utilizes a short-term, cognitive behavior approach to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues, and chronic stress.

My approach has led almost all of my clients to experience the healing they wanted in just a few sessions. Therapy is not meant to last forever.
