I work with ACT (Acceptance commitment therapy) and also include mindfulness and a person-centred approach in my work with clients.

I work with teens (16+), individuals, and couples dealing with diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, women’s issues, family dynamics, marital conflicts, communication challenges, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and more.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I specialize working with trauma, depression, and PTSD.
