Hello! I am Monica Stiles, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Alice Payne, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist-S. I also have a Specialist Degree in School Psychology. I have seven years experience working in local school districts where I had the pleasure of working with children aged 3 through 21 providing them with knowledge of coping skills, social skills, and various other skills. I have experience working with individuals experiencing ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Depression, Anxiety, and other various mental health concerns.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that “healed” is not necessarily a destination, but rather the ongoing process of healing and moving forward while still living a worthy and meaningful life is possible. My life journey and experience created in me a passion for the work I am currently privileged to be doing. My niche is working alongside teen girls and women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life challenges and self-esteem issues. I love a good challenge and new experiences, and found that I really enjoy working with changes of phases in life and trauma. I feel pride in providing a safe place to empower my clients to explore themselves and become self aware and set boundaries. I love all of my clients and love working with all humans! Being a human is really hard sometimes.

I’ve been on the other side of the counseling room. I’ve sat on the couch and I’ve been misunderstood and disregarded by a therapist before. My goal in counseling is to meet each client where they are, with compassion, empathy, and when appropriate, a little bit of laughter. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Certified School Counselor with more than ten years of experience as a Behavioral Health Professional. Over the years I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, struggles in relationships, family conflict, emotional/physical/sexual trauma and substance abuse. Abigayle Majul is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and over 20 years working with children and adolescents. Abigayle specializes in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, behavior management, and parenting. "As someone who comes from a large, multicultural, and multigenerational family, I understand the importance of each member of the family having their own unique voice in the larger system."

With almost 30 years of experience in Christian ministry, Matthew has transitioned to counsel in the private practice setting. He is passionately pursuing the goal of helping others heal from past hurts, find freedom in areas of struggle, grow in confidence, and thrive in life and relationships. He has provided counseling for individuals, families, and groups in church settings, private practices, a psychiatric hospital, and an outpatient mental health facility. He has been married for 24 years and is a father to 5 children.
