My primary approach is cognitive-behavioral, though I am eclectic in my techniques. I believe each individual's needs are unique and will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs and goals.

I am currently offering both telehealth options via a phone or video session, as well as in person counseling. I work with clients of all ages, from those under 12 who need play therapy to those who may be retired. I love the variety of all ages! I see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief, marital issues, and a number of others. You deserve to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, not just surviving day to day.
