I work with people who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and other emotional/relational difficulties, particularly those struggles that are long-standing and unchanging. While symptom relief is the initial focus, my goal is to also help people understand why they began struggling in the first place, with the hopes the symptoms do not return. Psychoanalysis and psychotherapy can help address wounds related to a person's family of origin or other relationships.
