Hi, I'm Maria Valentich, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Texas. I take a client-centered approach to therapy. My personal belief and goal is to make therapy easy to access for you. I can help you with common life stressors like symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and conflict resolution. I operate primarily through a cognitive behavioral approach, meaning as we work together, attention is focused on your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and how they impact your life.
