Hi there, I'm Roman Coronado, are you feeling somewhat stuck in life? Therapy is a personal journey, and I am honored to be the therapist to help you expand and strengthen your insight and awareness. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, and equip you with skills to actualize your best self. My therapy style is developmental, and supportive, with a strong focus on thinking about our thinking. Together we can explore narratives, with goals of reframing into a healthier, more self-compassionate internal dialogue of self acceptance. My approaches are engaging, workable and direct.

I specialize in adult women’s counseling and life coaching ages 18 and up. My clients typically struggle with anxiety, grief, or depression symptoms from situations in their lives that are overwhelming and stressful or changes needing help with achieving transition with relationship/love, healing from toxic relationships, happiness, and fulfilling their self, school or career dreams. I help women achieve a decrease in stress, relief from symptoms, build knowledge and understanding with issues, increase self-confidence/self-identity, increase success in relationships, careers, and navigate life to how they really want to live.

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who has a passion to make a difference in the mental health field. I earned my B.S. in Integrative Studies at the University of North Texas, and Master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan. I also received my certification for professional life coaching from the University of Texas at Arlington.

The clients that work best with me are ready to identify obstacles that are preventing them from living a juicy and fulfilling life. I guide my clients to empower themselves and be survivors, not victims. I assign frequent homework and will not work harder than you. I will most often tell you what you don't want to hear, in a loving, kind way. I use a variety of treatment modalities in any given session. I also have extensive knowlege and resources regarding the 12 steps. If requested, I can counsel from a Christian perspective.
