I am excited to help people that have struggles with depression and anxiety. I have an extensive career in working for Child Protective Services (not as a therapist) but understand the impact of childhood trauma and its impact on children and as they grow into adulthood. I am compassionate and believe that everyone has the ability to change and can be resilient. I also have experience counseling in domestic violence, anger management and trauma. I conducted Batterer's Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) for over 5 years.

John Hurst is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2003. Hilda Moreno, BA, MEd, MBA, PHD, LPC-S is a Counselor with 30 years of experience with adolescents, adults and children. She is passionate about helping people obtain a balanced life. Dr. Moreno specializes in trauma, grief, career exploration, and adjustment disorder. She worked as a teacher and school counselor for 28 years, a parent trainer for 1 year, and worked with probation clients for 2 years. Her own personal experiences as a person who has attained a terminal degree, a single parent, a divorcee, and someone who has lost a loved one enable her to serve multiple therapeutic needs.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas who has been helping women in recovery for over 24 years.. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem , addiction, as well as grief and depression .

I received my graduate degree in Social Work from Texas State University and my undergraduate degree in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. I have experience working with teens in an outpatient group setting. I have worked with teenagers struggling with suicidality, self-harm, and many other symptoms of depression, anxiety and personality or mood disorders.

I understand how important it is for a client to be able to feel safe and confident when talking to someone about their deepest feelings. I feel honored that I am trusted with that confidence and my clients find that within the first few minutes of session they can relax and know they won't be judged and that I'm there to help. We work together to promote change and its easier to do when you're not alone in the process.

I specialize in couples therapy, as I strongly believe that relationships are a core way we learn about ourselves; both the parts of us we like; as well as the parts we don't. When we're triggered by our partner, it's always an opportunity to learn about what still needs healing in ourselves. Couples therapy is a way to recalibrate things; to upgrade our communication skills, rebuild our trust, grow our intimacy; and to create understanding and acceptance of our newfound differences.

Alison Mullett is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with many years' experience in the mental health field. She has worked in several different clinical settings including in-patient facilities, outpatient clinics, community outreach, and private practice. Many clients seek Alison's help for adjustment related problems which can appear as work stress, relationship issues, and difficulties with life transitions. Alison recognizes that therapy looks different for each person, one size does not fit all. Her goal is to find the treatment approach that works best for you!

We all have the capacity to manage life, however sometimes we may feel like we're going through the motions or struggling to just get by. Hello! I am a clinical psychologist who is dually licensed in Texas and Oregon. Always intrigued by the mind-body connection, I hold a Doctoral degree in Psychology from Walden University as well as a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Drexel University (formerly Hahnemann). My experience in the field includes a practicum at Oregon State Hospital, an internship on the inpatient psychiatric units of Adventist Hospital, and ongoing work in outpatient/private practice settings completing therapy and evaluations. My areas of specialty include ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and psychological testing.
