I have been a high school teacher and coach for the last 7 years and worked in community mental health for 2 years. And have been running my own private practice for the last 2 years. Dr. Jessica Villarreal has worked with at-risk adolescents and high conflict families for over 17 years. She is a native of North Texas and received her Ph.D. in Family Therapy at Texas Woman's University. Jessica has a deep affinity for helping survivors of sexual abuse and/or physical abuse, refugees, immigrants, and first-generation individuals. She utilizes a cognitive-behavioral and experiential approach to therapy in order to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

David counsels from a deep sense of purpose in helping others to break through barriers connected to historical patterns and beliefs that hinder personal freedom and growth. He is a gifted listener who provides his clients a safe place to come face to face with the deep issues of the heart, thus bringing a deeper awareness of choice. David facilitates freedom and growth by helping clients overcome harmful behavioral and relational patterns. David helps his clients understand the importance of balance and brain chemistry as it pertains to mental health.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Carrollton and Plano, Texas.
