Academically, he received his Associates from Central Texas College; Bachelors in Political Science from American Military University; Masters & Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University; & Post-Doctorate MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (prescribing psychologist).He completed his Clinical & Forensic Psychology Residency at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Dr. Hayes is a clinical and forensic psychologist who has extensive experience in psychological testing and evaluation, particularly in the forensic setting. She also has specialized knowledge and experience in sport & exercise psychology and has consulted with athletes of all ages in the development and maturation of performance-related psychological skills.

Dr. Jackson has a bachelors' and masters' degree in General Psychology from the University of Houston. Her Doctor of Philosophy Degree is in Clinical Adolescent Psychology from Prairie View A & M. She has been involved in clinical work for the past 21 years and a college professor for 16 years.
