We use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients with a special interest in self esteem/self worth issues, codependency, NPD & unconscious programming. Some individuals are unaware of limiting thoughts, beliefs & memories and stay stuck. Trapped trauma and unconscious programming plays a major role in mental & physical health problems as well as interpersonal relationships. In addition to psychotherapy we offer a unique & transformational experience called Zerobody Dry Flotation to aid and accelerate the healing process and to re program unconscious programming (one's blueprint of self and life).

I specialize in anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, eating disorder treatment including Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia, Anorexia and both Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders. I am certified in EMDR and well trained in working with trauma and PTSD. If you find yourself stuck in the same self defeating patterns or constantly overreact in anger, I can help. Poor sleep, drinking too much, raging, binge eating/excessive dieting, or over medicating can dull emotional pain but there are more effective ways to cope and reduce stress to find a life that offers more peace, joy, and healthier relationships.

Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others.
