I'm a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed psychologist. I am the Director of Behavioral Health team at Centric Physicians in San Antonio. Clinically, my role is to perform advanced and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of adults to help diagnose, and assist with treatment of brain degenerative diseases (dementia), traumatic brain injury, and other brain pathology. I provide services in post-acute and sub-acute care facilities in San Antonio. In addition, I do forensic assessments to help lawyers and judges answer psycholegal questions.

I am a clinical psychologist with experience over twenty plus years providing family, couples, and individual counseling, play therapy, psychological assessment, and bilingual (English/Spanish) services to a client base spanning from young children to adolescents and adults. My extensive experience as a clinician and diagnostician includes working with ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety based problems, depression, relational concerns, sports related concerns, and anger management, contributing to my approach to counseling grounded in the premise that the therapeutic relationship is essential in gaining meaning and resolving the conflicts that arise within our human experience.

I am a licensed psychologist who has been in private practice since September,2004. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University in 1992. I received my Masters and Doctorate degrees from Azusa Pacific University (Los Angeles, CA) in 2001. Currently my main focus of practice is psychological evaluation. I work in collaboration with physicians, school districts, law enforcement, Child Protective Services, psychiatrists, attorneys at law, and therapists. I have also been an adjunct professor for Schreiner University and I enjoy public speaking about relevant psychological issues impacting our society.
