Inspired through my practice as a certified yoga instructor, I take a holistic lens that considers the many facets of a person and their environment in conceptualizing problems, setting goals, and considering diagnosis. I am a pediatric psychotherapist with many years of experience working with children who show that they are not functioning well at home and school with "negative" behaviors or anxiety. Outbursts of anger, sadness, and fear, not following directions, arguing, and crying make life difficult for the family and the child.
