Also, grief processing and improving family communication skills are needs I have addressed. For my approach I choose Reality Therapy. I also find Cognitive/Behavioral techniques useful.

PTSD and trauma resolution (using ART and EMDR), Addiction recovery, as well as couples therapy are among my specialties. I work 12-7 pm and weekends. I worked for 10+ years as a therapist in a highly respected residential treatment center for adolescents with addiction as well as other mental health issues.
