I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, marriage and familial struggles. I have over a decade of experience working in the counseling field and utilize solution focus, Gottman method for marital issues, and cognitive behavioral approach . I can assist with developing healthy cognitions/behaviors, and skills in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I specialize in parenting education and support, Christian counseling, marriage conflict, family difficulties, learning to work with your mental health, and school related issues.

I enjoy working with clients to navigate life-stage changes within family systems. I enjoy working with teens, preteens, and children as young as 4 years old. I have 16 years of experience in teaching and an additional 8 years in youth and children's ministry. I also work with couples in pre-marital and marital counseling.

I offer tailored support for emotional resilience and self-discovery for all ages, with specialization in children and adolescents with ADHD, and young adults figuring out adulting with anxiety. Ann brings vast experience in athletics, business, teaching, counseling, public speaking, radio, and television to her coaching and counseling practice. After graduating from college, she cultivated a career in engineering and consulting. Though successful in her field, Ann followed her heart and went back to school to pursue her dream of helping others by becoming a counselor. Ann interned with renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Frank Minirth, becoming a frequent guest on his radio & television shows, eventually started her own counseling practice, Life Solutions, and television program, "Living Well with Ann Beal". I am best able to help people who are seeking to recover from life experiences that have caused hurt, relationship and work problems and a decline in personal growth. Persons seeking recovery from a problematic past of drug or alcohol use, obesity, chronic disease, trauma, relationship problems, domestic violence, child protective services involvement, self destructive behavior, grief and loss or situational stress would be an ideal client to work with. I work best with clients who are curious about how to manage complex problems, curious about change and interested in investing in themselves, their children or family.
