Mental health clinicians, who must be educated with masters degrees and above, do not have enough employment options that enable them to pursue private practice without having to endure the administrative nightmare that comes with it. Running a practice requires scheduling, billing and collections, marketing, websites, accounting, medical records requests, and much more. In addition, a clinician has to be mindful of HIPAA laws, ethical issues, legal issues, etc. And if they are enterprising enough to accept their client’s health insurance, there would be no time left to see actual clients. The public does not have enough affordable options for obtaining mental health services. There is a large gap between government sponsored community programs and increasingly expensive private programs that we wanted to bridge. So we decided to form a group of talented mental health clinicians and an experienced administrative staff to support them. Now the clinicians can focus on what they do best, and we are able to offer quality services to our clients using their insurance benefits!

The relationships we've had throughout our life shape the way we view ourselves and others. Early life experiences impact us in many ways. We can benefit by examining these influences in a safe space. Many of my clients describe their youth as challenging or traumatic and some have experienced physical, sexual or emotional abuse. As a result, anxiety, depression or ptsd arise, and our relationship with self and others may suffer. I would like to offer hope & healing. Your symptoms make sense and you are stronger than you think. Let me provide a safe relationship to explore what's ailing you and find solutions for change.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, depressed or struggle with motivation and purpose? I look forward to working with you to regain charge of your emotions so they no longer cloud or hinder your ability to make rational decisions! In session we will use cognitive behavioral therapy to discuss how to bring rationality and focus back to the forefront of your brain so that progress and productivity occur, all while inviting joy and gratitude back into your day to day! I understand the importance of grace and kindness and believe we need to extend these two gifts to ourself so that we can extend them to others.
