We offer a FREE 15-minute phone consult to anyone who is new to the counseling process. This is a no pressure call. We will assess your current needs and concerns and decide if we can work together to address them. Our counselors believe in the counseling process and want you to have the best counseling experience possible. We offer emergency sessions, intensive counseling, assessments, play therapy, pre-marital/couples, and bilingual counseling.

I am excited about the opportunity to serve adults, adolescents and children who have a variety of challenges. I look forward to serving people who are hard of hearing. Parents with children who have IEP's, as well their children. I want to partner with widows and people who have had conflict in the workplace.

I am a client centered clinician. I specialize in GLBT issues, trauma, couples, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addictions, and family therapy. I work with individuals with multiple health concerns, including cancer, ostomy patients and caregivers. I have served our Military for several years and offer readjustment therapy for all Veterans. I am dynamic and sensitive with regard to culture and race. I employ a multitude of clinical tools and theory and am focused on you, the individual. I am also a certified Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. As a dedicated elementary teacher I noticed many families with unmet mental health needs. As I observed their struggles, my zeal for instruction adapted from the classroom to the therapy office.

Haley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in marital and family relationship counseling and trauma therapy. Haley takes a holistic approach to mental health addressing the needs of the individual by considering the societal, relational, biological, spiritual, and emotional factors in a person's life. Haley approaches therapy with a collaborative stance, considering the client the expert on their life and situations and offers her expertise on relational dynamics, trauma and the brain, attachment wounds, and self-parenting to help her clients navigate their past hurts, current relationships, anxiety, and more.

My expertise is in helping individuals heal from trauma, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, family issues, and adolescent/childhood issues. Many of my clients are struggling to cope with painful memories or relationships and desire to enhance coping, self-worth, communication, and healthy boundaries. I am TF-CBT certified and EMDR trained, both evidence-based therapy modalities. My goal is to use clients’ knowledge of themselves and what works for them in conjunction with my knowledge of therapy and my own compassionate and nonjudgmental nature to create a healing space that is most supportive for each individual client.

Please note: I am not currently accepting BC/BS for marital therapy. Sometimes it feels really hard to communicate with your spouse. What used to be small problems start to feel too hard to fix. The bigger problems become issues that just seem easier to avoid altogether. Other times, it feels like you don’t enjoy the same activities anymore. You can spend time together in the same house all week and feel more like roommates than lovers. You might be good at running a household together, but wonder where the friendship has gone.

My dream is to see my clients discover their purpose, restore their identity, and heal from past pain. As a mental health coach and pastoral counselor, my goal is to help people shift from living in pain to embracing wholeness and purpose. Over the past 7 years, the care I have provided to my clients has impacted their lives, their family systems, and their future. I counsel and coach from an authentic, yet nurturing perspective. I keep it real and help propel people to greatness through connection and individualization. I use my diverse legal, theological, and mental health background to help my clients go from hurt to whole.
