Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas practicing over 12 years. I have worked with various age groups, ethnicities, genders under different settings, i.e., hospitals, residentials, private firms, & etc. I have experiences of working with various issues including various mood disorders/issues as well as personality disorders, ptsd, family issues, couples issues, gender issues, & more. I believe in resolving issues by exploring the root of the problem behaviors whether they be anxiety, depression, OCD, or relationship conflict. I have primarily worked with individuals who identify as immigrants or children of immigrants. Concerns have ranged from adjustment, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, family conflict, grief, life transitions and stress. Additionally, I work with transgenerational and intergenerational trauma addressing themes such as culture.

Her career has included executive leadership, parent education, and coaching. She has a special interest in women’s issues and child behavioral health.
