I have been doing addiction counseling in person since 2010 and added mental health counseling to my skill set in 2019. After the pandemic, I began virtual counseling across Texas and have had great experiences working with people all over the state. Dimensions of Wellness Counseling is a counseling practice that provides quality, accessible, inexpensive mental health and whole wellness services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Dallas-Ft. The purpose of this practice is to provide services that look at the whole person and to meet each individual's needs based on the principles of the Dimensions of Wellness, which is why a one-size fits all approach to counseling is not utilized.
