I have come to view those challenging times that we all experience, albeit in different ways, as opportunities for us to make positive changes and adjustments - what I like to call "reset moments."

Thank you for visiting my profile, as your therapist I am dedicated to tailoring services to meet your specific needs in a way that honors your beliefs and values. I do work well with people from all backgrounds and with a spectrum of issues ranging from serious mental health illnesses to less pervasive adjustment problems. And I will meet clients where they are as equal and imperfect human beings and hold safe/supportive/non-judgmental space to process, heal, and grow. I am EMDR trained and working on advancing my knowledge and skill in this area to help those who have gone through any type of trauma.

We as individuals have busy lives and sometimes our mental health gets forgotten. My approach and experience are to help clients feel empowered and become aware of the areas they have control in their life. Accepting clients of all ages, sexual orientation, identity, religion, etc. I am experienced in individual therapy as well as group therapy but open to provide family and couples counseling.

Clients come to see me when they feel stuck, unsure how to proceed, or how to move to that next level; when they need empathy and compassion but also a clear plan on how to resolve the presenting conflict/issue. Clients will explore different perspectives and come up with new insights and ideas. They will feel empowered. I am deeply committed to my own professional growth, constantly seeking opportunities for learning and development, to ensure that I bring the latest insights and techniques to my practice and provide the most effective support for my clients.

Kelci is experienced in working with individual’s, couple’s, adolescents’s, and Teena’s. Kelci work with a variety of clients that seek to control and maintain peace of mind, emotional stability, and a sense of empowerment. Challenges that some clients struggle with are Anxiety, Trauma, Self-esteem, Depression, Self-care routine, boundaries, parent-child relationship issues, relationship conflict, and challenges, adjustment and transition issues, and more. Kelci works with a plethora of populations. However, working with adults, minorities, teens and couples are the few populations she enjoys working with.

I believe healing can happen within relationships. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment by providing empathy and understanding where healing and growth can occur. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-injury, there is hope. You are not alone, and you do not have to face this alone. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and compassionate. Within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, I help my clients learn new ways of relating, understanding past trauma, and coping with the difficulties and stressors of life.

I am not accepting new clients right now, but work with some amazing people who do have openings. I am available for supervision. I am an LPC-S, RPT-S & Certified CCPT-S. I enjoy working with children, teens, individuals, and families. I also love working with couples, pre-engagement, pre-marital, and married. I have experience and enjoy working with anxiety, grief, depression, anger, PTST and other disorders. I am also a registered play therapist and offer play therapy for children of all ages.
