I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who are dealing with life issues that result in depression, anger, and an inability to function in their daily lives. I also enjoy working with couples and families. I believe that families function as a system and when one family member is out of sync, the entire family is disrupted. In my practice, I see children as young as 3 years of age. Play is the "language of the child" and Play Therapy allows children to work through their issues in a non-threatening environment.

I am not accepting new clients right now, but work with some amazing people who do have openings. I am available for supervision. I am an LPC-S, RPT-S & Certified CCPT-S. I enjoy working with children, teens, individuals, and families. I also love working with couples, pre-engagement, pre-marital, and married. I have experience and enjoy working with anxiety, grief, depression, anger, PTST and other disorders. I am also a registered play therapist and offer play therapy for children of all ages.

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, caring, and welcoming space for my clients. I have been practicing for over 20 years and have enjoyed working with diverse clientele in a variety of settings. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and am known for meeting clients where they are and taking a collaborative solution-focused approach to help them move towards becoming their best selves.

I truly enjoy working with my clients on the variety of life's ups and downs. Generally, most of my work is with adults; however, I also see adolescents beginning at 16-years-old. Over the years, I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, and some of the more severe mental health problems. My other experience includes working with self-harm and suicidal behaviors, as well as behavior management.
