Hello, My name is Paul Bailey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Texas. I graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a licensed therapist for 10 years which I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings. I am a Child Psychologist that provides psychological testing to children and adolescents ages 4-18 years. I provide neuropsychological, developmental, and educational assessments to help clarify your child's strengths and weaknesses. I can provide recommendations and remediation resources. I can help clarify attention issues, learning challenges, emotional and/or disruptive behaviors, and I assess for Autism. I work with comorbid and complex diagnostic cases.

My focus is on creating a treatment plan based on the individual client’s needs, strengths, resources and goals. Helping people get connected with their community and other professional resources that will help them reach their goals more effectively is critical. I work well with both men's challenges and and women's issues. We often get closed in by a set of assumptions about ourselves and our relationships that keep us from reaching truly attainable changes.
