I am a person-centered therapist that prioritizes relationship, while utilizing CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques and family systems.

Debbie is experienced in serving adults who are working towards trauma recovery, stress management, and emotional balance. They utilize somatic informed tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and are trained in EMDR therapy. Debbie takes an eclectic approach to therapy meaning that they pull from a variety of therapeutic models such as DBT, CBT, and ACT.
