I have a strong desire to help people become the most authentic version of themselves, and I work to provide a safe and compassionate space for people to explore their strengths and resilience. It is important to me to collaborate with my clients to reach their unique goals, and build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and honesty.

My passion is working with clients who crave more fulfillment and balance in their personal and professional lives as well as helping couples who feel disconnected, dissatisfied or discouraged. I help individuals and couples learn to be more relational while exploring different ways of navigating challenges by utilizing skills that are practical, accessible, effective and sustainable. It often feels easier to stay stuck than to push ourselves into greater levels of growth and connection. My goal is to help clients overcome "feeling stuck" in order to build closer, more secure relationships and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor in Texas. I am multiculturally/bilingually trained in English and Spanish. I work with adult individuals, couples, and families. I incorporate my studies in psychology/neuroscience and my training as a family therapist into my practice. My trauma work has focused on family systems, processing childhood wounds and unmet needs as a child, and sexual, physical, emotional, and psychological trauma. I also work with clients that may be experiencing stressful life transitions or grief/complicated grief.

I am glad you are reaching out for support. It is my belief that most people have the ability to grow and build on their own strengths; however, at times, need empowerment and encouragement. My goal is to help you work on and accomplish your goals, regardless of how big or how small they may be. My approach to working with individuals includes a collaborative approach where solutions, instead of problems, are the focus. I believe that one of the main goals is to give clients the tools and skills they need to make positive changes in their lives.

Stephanie Jutras, LCSW received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Religion from Trinity University and her Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Stephanie believes that each client is the expert on their own life and that her role as a therapist is to build a positive, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with them in order to provide a space where they can safely explore whatever they are struggling with and find the solutions that work best for them.

I have been seeing clients for 12 years in different locations, 5 years in my own practice; it has been wonderful. I love people and listen well. I get great feedback and always try to improve and learn from my experiences. People have great potential for recovery, and I try to help them get better.

I provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship. This will allow us to explore the concerns you bring into therapy. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, pre and post bariatric surgery, self-esteem, anxiety and general women's issues. Trendolyn Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for 15 years. She has worked with individuals with a variety of mental health disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar I disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, as well as anxiety, trauma-related issues, and grief. Trendolyn works with victims of narcissistic abuse in childhood and domestic violence. She personally works hard to help clients discover more about themselves. Her goal is to help encourage and guide individuals to succeed and grow in their daily lives.

John Nord is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 27 years of experience. He specializes in treating adults dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, attachment issues, shame, addiction, and crisis management. As a results-oriented professional with a substantial clinical background, he is skilled in developing unique treatment plans. He has a proven track record of success in helping individuals reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

With 14 years of experience in therapy, I truly enjoy my job. I am compassionate about helping others establish a strong foundation so they can effectively cope with current struggles as well as struggles they’ll be approached with in the future. My clients would describe me as compassionate, easy to talk to, and very understanding. I'm sensitive to the unique experiences of each individual and believe connection, trust, and understanding are essential to the therapeutic process. I value getting goals accomplished and making progress during each session.

My private practice is open Tuesday through Saturday weekly excluding major holidays. Appointments are based on availability. I am in the North Dallas area. I offer in person and virtual sessions. I believe therapy should be a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. My approach is to work with clients on the areas needed to focus on healing, personal growth and moving past stagnation of life obstacles. I take an eclectic approach when working with a client. Aurelio’s specialties include adults experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, loss of a loved one, relationships, and stress. Aurelio has a wealth of experience with overcoming life traumas, the loss of loved ones, and improving personal communications.

Brandi Herzog is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Southwestern College. Brandi offers a unique perspective and a variety of tools to help clients build the life they want to live. She uses art therapy, nature and ecotherapy, mindfulness, and emotion regulation skills to coach clients on how to replace ineffective skills and behaviors with more effective ones to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life that reflects their needs and desires.

Dr. Jessica Villarreal has worked with at-risk adolescents and high conflict families for over 17 years. She is a native of North Texas and received her Ph.D. in Family Therapy at Texas Woman's University. Jessica has a deep affinity for helping survivors of sexual abuse and/or physical abuse, refugees, immigrants, and first-generation individuals. She utilizes a cognitive-behavioral and experiential approach to therapy in order to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Laura is gentle and loves to listen; prides herself on being able to use her empathic abilities to see the individual as who they are, and not what they are struggling with. Has experience working with children ages 6+, individuals, groups, and families; Anxiety, Trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Self-esteem, Depression, Grief, Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Stressors. Utilizes a Client Centered Holistic Approach to help clients understand the Mind/Body Connection. When she is not in sessions she can be found in her garden with her cat and two dogs.
