As a psychotherapist, I provide Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy. My mission is to serve clients with understanding, empowerment, integrity & compassion. Trauma is often weaved in and through the fabric of our lives. Many think of trauma as one large scale traumatic event. However, complex trauma is not always a single event. It could be a failed attachment to our care takers, experiencing abuse/neglect, multiple losses, shattered relationships, or the inability to protect ourselves emotionally with healthy boundaries. The most disturbing part of a trauma is not only the event itself, but how we perceived the event, and the internalized negative core beliefs about ourselves that developed.

I am a licensed counselor and marriage and family therapist with 34 years experience and am equally skilled in dealing with individuals and couples. The problems I deal with most commonly are anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, individual growth, midlife issues, relationship problems, anger management, conflict negotiation skills, divorce adjustment, blended families and parenting issues. I provide Christian counseling if requested. When working with couples I use John Gottman's research based model for marriage counseling coupled with key concepts of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Trendolyn Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for 15 years. She has worked with individuals with a variety of mental health disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar I disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, as well as anxiety, trauma-related issues, and grief. Trendolyn works with victims of narcissistic abuse in childhood and domestic violence. She personally works hard to help clients discover more about themselves. Her goal is to help encourage and guide individuals to succeed and grow in their daily lives.

I have a strong desire to help people become the most authentic version of themselves, and I work to provide a safe and compassionate space for people to explore their strengths and resilience. It is important to me to collaborate with my clients to reach their unique goals, and build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and honesty.

Mariana Carpio is a bilingual (Spanish, English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience. She has a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults thrive in a complex world. Mariana specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues (child therapy), domestic violence and/or intimate partner violence, grief, stress, parenting concerns, racial trauma, school issues, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse, other forms of traumatic experiences, including PTSD.

Stephanie Jutras, LCSW received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Religion from Trinity University and her Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Stephanie believes that each client is the expert on their own life and that her role as a therapist is to build a positive, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with them in order to provide a space where they can safely explore whatever they are struggling with and find the solutions that work best for them.

John Nord is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 27 years of experience. He specializes in treating adults dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, attachment issues, shame, addiction, and crisis management. As a results-oriented professional with a substantial clinical background, he is skilled in developing unique treatment plans. He has a proven track record of success in helping individuals reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
