Lifeworks Counseling Center, PLLC has been in business since 1992. We provide therapy for ages 4 and up. We have 9 therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who provide counseling for almost any emotional/mental/spiritual challenge people face in today's culture. We have therapists on most major insurance and EAP panels and also work with private pay clients as well.

Teresa has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families impacted by addiction and abuse. She specializes in working with substance abuse, sexual behaviors, parenting issues and domestic violence cycles. In addition, she treats depression, anxiety, Trauma/ PTSD, neurodivergence, bipolar, and borderline personality disorder. She has worked in a variety of settings, including both inpatient and outpatient facilities and county corrections and court departments. She specializes in creating conversations that allow her clients to discuss sensitive areas of their life with dignity and respect.

What drew me to the counseling field was my passion to advocate for people who have experience trauma (relational, spiritual, physical, sexual, emotional, and more). I take an integrative approach, meeting you wherever you are in the process and tailoring treatment based on my extensive training in trauma modalities. As a mother of two, I have plenty of material to pull from and am equally passionate about working with parents, especially those who are facing parenting transitions and blended families.
