I work from a holistic, trauma-informed approach, meaning I believe that your life didn't go as planned, and you are learning. My focus is helping you move through grief, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I have extensive experience helping people like you change their and their children's lives, and understand themselves better too.
Transitions (expected or not) can change the way you see yourselves and the world. They can make us uncomfortable in our skin and with others - but healing happens through rebuilding connection in safety. It's risky but immensely worth it. Become part of the Wholehearted Revolution. I offer 6-week classes or weekend workshops using curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Gather 6-9 friends to schedule a 6-week or weekend group experience. I schedule based on demand when capacity reaches 6 - 9 participants. Potential participants are asked to answer a brief survey and meet with Twyla to find your best fit and prepare you for the group experience. Available group topics are The Gifts of Imperfection, Rising Strong, and The Daring Way & include a copy of the published book, workbook, and some art supplies.
