Are unhealthy relationship dynamics showing up in your life? I specialize in working with adults and teens who have a history of trauma, particularly within their family of origin, and are now experiencing relationship breakdown. I also work with clients who have eating disorders, military backgrounds, first responders, faith-based backgrounds, religious trauma, personality disorders, and those walking through grief and other life changes. You will find a safe environment to heal, discover, and process.
I strive to create a safe place for individuals to be truly honest and accepted. I want to help you get to the root of what is going on rather than putting a bandaid over a deeper issue. My hope is that you come through therapy having gained the tools, insight, and understanding to navigate life with more freedom, and I believe we can get you there.
