Together we will work towards engaging in healthier patterns and behaviors that serve YOU individually in and in your relationships. You will learn how to communicate your needs in a way that leads to closeness versus disconnection. I will teach you how to fill your cup first so you can give from overflow rather than from depletion.
I use an integrative and holistic approach and use techniques from different therapeutic approaches best suited to the presenting issue.
