My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I like to explore how and why our pasts have shaped our current personal experiences. Sometimes we need help to identify unhelpful behaviors and figuring out better solutions to addressing them. I strive to provide a safe space for my clients to feel heard and supported.
Utilizing principles and techniques from various therapies including; EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness; my work is particularly helpful for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, lack of motivation, grief, and relationship issues.
