Part of it is that we are not aligned and instead we are stuck repeating patterns and holding to negative perceptions about ourselves and the world. I work under the premise that each individual has the capacity to heal old wounds by FINDING MEANING TO LIVED EVENTS, ADAPTING, TRANSFORMING, and FINDING BALANCE in life.
I am an English and Spanish therapist with experience working with individuals dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. I use evidenced based and holistic approaches in a professional and warm environment focusing on clients' strengths while empowering them to achieve the desired changes.
