With the right support, clients can pull on their resilient strengths to make responsible choices to function in a healthier life-sustaining way. Counseling and psychotherapy can assist in the understanding and healing process. It is a privilege to help restore to the individual what life events, relationships, or our own choices have stolen from us.

I utilize a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, solution-focused, and trauma-informed, in order to provide a safe place for those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, grief and loss, conflict and relationship struggles, personal growth, and other mental health issues.

I strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and compassionate environment. I take a non-judgmental, client-led approach in order to create a safe, therapeutic relationship where the client feels respected, heard, supported, and seen.
