I am a compassionate, straightforward clinician that affirms recovery and healing for all people who struggle with mental health and or substance use disorders. I offer guidance by providing unwavering support through a preventative and proactive approach that promotes "heart-healing", wellness and recovery of all intersections of marginalization including the disenfranchised, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, justice impacted (Re-Entry), Co-Occurring, mental health challenges and SUD.
I hold 10 years of working within the helping profession and have become an advocate for the underserviced and LGBTQIA+ community. My implementation of evidenced-based treatment approaches provides clients with individualized guidance via DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Creative Arts modalities to usher them through their healing journey.
